1. What is the procedure of payments?

  • After closing the contract and after receiving the assertion of the client, this one will have to pay 30% of the entire amount by bank transfer like initial payment and as a deposit. Normally we give a term of 3 days to do the bank transfer and for to send us the copy of the same one by fax or by e-mail. The remaining amount will have to be full at least 5 Weeks before the day of arrival.
  • When between the closing of the contract and the arrival of the clients there are less than 40 days, the entire quantity will have to be paid in the course of 3 days and also by transfer bank.
  • If this amount or the deposit has not been paid, the client has not any right and Dream’s Majorca is not forced to give him his services. The reservation will not be effective until we receive by e-mail or by fax the copy of the payment of the transfer bank.
  • If you want to do your payment by Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro,…etc. AMEX are not accepted) will cost an additional +1% on the total cost of your booking. In this Case you will have to sign an authorization, that before we will send you , with your credit card details , authorizing us expressly in order that we can extract from your Bank Account the 30% when you do the booking , within 3 days and the remaining amount 5 weeks before your arrival.

2. Guaranty

  • There is a deposit of 300€ to pay, which will be used in case of any damages to the property during your stay. The deposit need to be paid with the 2.payment and will be always transferd back on your bank account a few days after departure, if everything is in order.

3. What is the minimum stay?

  • The minimum stay is 7 days in july and in august, other stays on request.

4. How I collect the keys?

  • Please contact us 14 days before your arrival for inform us of your arrival and departure time at the airport
  • After that we will send you every information about the meeting-point and how to collect the keys, also a map and the route

5. Arrival and Departure

  • Arrival and departure time for the clients in the houses will be:

Entry at 15:00 h
Departure at 10:00 h

  • In any case this schedule will be changed without previous consultation.
  • If there isn’t any client before or after you, it is possible to check-in or check-out before/after , always on request and paying the additional charge in each case.
  • if there some client after/before you have check-out & check-in at 10h-15ºº because the Finca will be cleaned.
  • On request you have the opportunity to leave your luggage in the Finca and look at the surroundings.

6. Can I rent a car?

  • Yes, inform us about the rental period and we will send you a price list and a form for fill in with your personal details and send it back to us

7. Are the towels and linen included?

  • Towels and bed linen are included in the price
  • The Fincas are comfortably furnished
  • The towels are for the bathroom. Consult if the house provides pool-Towels.

8. Is there a change of towels , linen and a review cleaning?

  • From a stay of 14 days is it included once a week
  • For extra cleaning: On request and availability and with extra charge.

9. Can I find a cot and a high chair for the children in the Finca?

  • Every Finca have got 1 cot and 1 high chair included in the price
  • If you need more: On request and availability and with extra charge

10. Are pets allowed in the Finca?

  • To bring pets is possible only in the houses in which description it’s allowed or previous consultation and only when the animal has been reserved in advance and the reservation has been confirmed.
  • The pets must have its vaccination record, have an insurance and thong.

11. Ecotasa

  • The environmental tax of the Balearics, the ‘Ecotasa’, must be payed on your arrival day, from the 01.07.16. This applies to all persons 16+ years and the amount is 1€*/day and person. From the 9th night the cost is 0.5€*/day and person + VAT.(*possible price increases for 2018).
