The Villa impresses with its generous estate of a total of 19,000m² with a land of palm trees, olive trees, lavender bushes and cypresses and a habitable surface of 500m2. The villa is fully equipped and exceptionally distributes its space on two floors with a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 en suite bathrooms and 1 toilet. All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating, as well as Internet access (WIFI) throughout the property.

The villa has a spacious and modern living - dining room with satellite TV, stereo with CD, DVD, as well as IPod-Dockingstation. You can enjoy the best rest in its three extraordinary white sofas and comfortable cushions; all surrounded by amazing windows that show the outside of the villa and with soft white curtains that guarantee a better light input. Exuberant wooden benches also allow guests to be accommodated and enjoy meals with company. The kitchen is fully equipped to adapt to any need of the guests with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 2 large refrigerators and countless other comforts to everyone's taste. It also has iron for clothes, washing machine, dryer, etc.

The bedrooms on the top floor are the largest in the Villa, from where you can access the magnificent terrace. However, both the bedrooms on the first floor and the second, have lighting that makes them unique by having some windows from floor to ceiling that allow us to glimpse the fantastic landscapes of this wonderful island.

Another highlight is the guest house that is separated from the villa. This property combining rustic and stone style, has a bedroom with 2 single beds, private bathroom, kitchen and air conditioning. A space within the Villa where you can invite your family or friends respecting the space of each one.

What undoubtedly leaves without words of this villa is its fascinating and magical exterior and its capital "Infinity" saltwater pool with entrance to the water directly from the house. Its 25 meters from the villa to the garden allows us to delight us with a dazzling panoramic since it is surrounded by land with all kinds of fauna. The private pool (21.00m x 4.00m), makes every minute spent in it, really extraordinary. Around this, there is a large terrace with beautiful plants that entangle its thatched roof, a chill out area, a dining table and umbrellas to be able to recreate with good meals or dinners made in its modern gas barbecue or listen to music from the speakers of the wall of the house.

Lo de esta casa es muy fuerte. Fuimos 11 amigos y lo pasamos increíble. Aún podría haber venido más gente. La cocina y el salón están juntos, es el único inconveniente que le pondría, por el tema de los humos.
