Description
This beautiful Holiday Villa is decorated with lot of taste and mallorquin style. It's situated in the center of the Island Mallorca, between Petra and Sant Joan, approx. 20 km to the wonderful white sand beaches in Ca'n Picafort, Son Serra and Port d'Alcúdia.
The plot has more than 20.000m² and the house has around 470m² distributed on 2 floors. The Holiday Villa is fully equipped and has 6 bedrooms + 6 bathrooms + 1 toilet. There is air conditioning (cold-warm) in all rooms and Internet Connection (WIFI).
Main floor
The large living room with fireplace has a dining table for 12 people and two sofa areas with satellite TV to relax. It also has direct access to the porch. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with dining table, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, 2 coffee makers, etc. It also has a pantry with a big safe. In this property there is a private parking.

Around the house there is a lovely large garden with a private pool (10.00m x 8.00m length and a depth of 1.60m). There is also a second pool only for children (depth of 0.60m). In addition there are 16 sunbeds, 2 parasols and a outdoor shower. On the magnificent porch with barbecue (coal or firewood) you can relax and enjoy pleasant evenings and family dinner on the large dining table for 12 people and another one for 4 people.
There is a volleyball court in the community and you can also rent a tennis court.
For larger groups it is also possible to rent several of our houses together. The properties are close to each other but still have a high level of privacy. This house is connected with the villas ref. 218- 219 + 221 - 223, in addition there is also a restaurant, which can be booked for events if necessary.
The holiday villa has beautiful views on the nature and is halfway between Petra and Sant Joan, so you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and breathtaking unobstructed views of the area of Bonany and its sanctuary. The most touristic cities on the island are Palma (capital of Mallorca at 40km) and Manacor (14km), Rafael Nadal's hometown and famous for its pearls and furniture. Wednesday is a typical craft market in Petra (3km), a small Majorcan village with restaurants, shops and cultural attractions such as the Convent of Sant Bernardí or also the birthplace of Fray Junípero Serra, the founder of cosmopolitan American cities like San Francisco.

Te recomiendo que vayas, siempre y cuando sepas que no querrás iir a la playa, pues están bastante lejos. Por lo demás, es una casa muy bonita, grande, equipada y con unas zonas exteriores preciosas. Las habitaciones maravillosas, tal cual se describen.

Tolle Villa mit großem und kleinem Pool für Kinder. Das hat uns gefallen.

Wir waren viele Freunde und diese Villa war perfekt. Der Grill und die beiden Swimmingpools wurden viel genutzt, da wir kleine Kinder hatten. Außerdem konnten wir die Kinderbetten nicht mit ins Flugzeug nehmen und sie haben sie uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich danke Ihnen für alles.

The decoration is excellent, typical Spanish country house. We liked it very much. Surrounded by countryside, green. Very very nice. The pools were great, very large and clean.
