This child-friendly Finca in Mallorca cozy Mallorca finca with child-safe pool and garden is located in the beautiful region of Son Servera and offers you, surrounded by hilly natural landscape, an ideal holiday home. The comfortably furnished finca offers not only enough space to play and relax on a total area of 1000 m², but also an absolute feel-good atmosphere inside and out. On a living area of 81 m² and a total of 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom, air conditioning (cold/warm) and internet (WiFi) throughout the house. When you enter the house, you are greeted by a bright living and dining area with an adjoining open kitchen. Great importance was placed on comfort and the Mallorcan flair was preserved with many charming details. The sofa corner has a fireplace for cozy hours on cool days and at the dining table you can enjoy your favorite dishes with four of you, in case you do not prefer to do this outside. If you like, you can of course also watch your favorite series on TV with DVD Player. The kitchen is small but nice and fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, small mobile oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, coffee machine etc.

The outdoor area offers you a beautiful garden with plenty of lawn and play area. The sloping and kidney-shaped pool (5.00 m long and 4.00 m wide) is 1.80 m deep. The entire pool area is fenced in so that the kids can play outside to their heart's content. Enjoy sunbathing by the pool on one of the 4 sun loungers or read a good book in the shade provided by the pergola. Outside the fenced pool area you might also find your favorite spot under the shade of the existing trees. On the veranda you can enjoy your favorite dishes and new recipes together in peace while enjoying the view of the greenery. Ideally, the finca offers a small outdoor kitchen with a charcoal barbeque and to make the most of the days on the finca and by the pool, there is an outdoor bathroom with an additional shower and toilet.
From the finca you can reach the family-friendly long sandy beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma as well as all the idyllic bathing bays of the east coast in just a few minutes' drive. In Son Servera you can stroll through the weekly market on Fridays and try local delicacies.
