The closest town is Palmañola where you can enjoy restaurants and a typical mallorcan flair. The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and palms. The family Villa Palma lies on a plot of 16.500m2 and offers a living area of 255m2 + 1 Gym with Sauna of 80m2+ 100m2 of barbecue zone. It is fully equipped and distributed over 2 floors with 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms + 1 WC. Also it dispose of air conditioning (hot/cold) in the 3 bedrooms on the first floor and in the dining room, central heating throughout the house and Internet (WIFI).

The large living room with fireplace, is exquisitely decorated with tasteful furniture and an area of sofas and satellite TV, DVD, CD, etc. Enjoy the very bright and spacious dining room invites everybody to come together on the dining table for 8 people. The kitchen with fireplace is fully equipped with vitro, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, 2 coffee machines and a pantry. There is also an iron and a table for ironing clothes.

The best of the house is the well-kept Garden, noted for its breadth and beauty plus numerous fruit, olive and palm trees.
On the covered Porch there is a dining table overlooking the pool and garden. The Private Pool has a length of (12.00m x 6.00m) and depth (0.50m - 1.80m) with a small springboard. At the pool area you can enjoy the sun and relax on the 7 sunbeds and there is one pool towel per customer. It has an outdoor shower.There is also a Football field and a Playground with swings where no doubt the kids will enjoy hours of fun.
There is also a large BBQ zone with large dining table for until 20 people, charcoal barbecue, fireplace, refrigerator and microwave, so you can enjoy great evenings with family and friends. Next to the barbeque zone there is a bathroom with 2 showers. The Villa has a well-equipped Gym with Sauna.
Even the family Villa Palma give you a lot to discover and enjoy, you might also like to see some of the beautiful places on Mallorca. The historical Castell del Bellver you can reach for example in only 13.5km (see Museums of Mallorca). How about a nice walk along the harbour of Palma de Mallorca, where you can enjoy one of the typical restaurants with fresh sea food. The beautiful sand beaches should also be visit, for example the Cala Mayor (15km) or the Cala Comtesa en Illetas (17.5km). Next to beaches, golf courses and dif. waterparks the location also is ideal, if you like to cycle or go hiking. Where could be a better location like at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana?

Apart from the outdoor area, what we really liked was the kitchen. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms even more so. It has a swimming pool and bathtubs. Crazy.
