The location is simply ideal to discover the northeast, to test the golf courses and to visit traditional as well as modern restaurants in Capdepera and Cala Ratjada. The holiday house has a total of 3500m² of land and offers 100m² of living space, which is modern and bright and offers 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom with air conditioning (cold / warm) and WiFi.
Come in and enjoy the modern, Mallorcan ambience, which will help you forget everyday life as quickly as possible. In the cozy living / dining room you can also invite guests to dinner without any problems. The dining table can accommodate up to 8 people and the cozy sofa corner invites you to relax all year round with its fireplace and smart TV with satellite connection. In the kitchen you have enough space to test Mediterranean recipes together and you don't have to miss out on anything. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster etc. as well as a cozy table for morning tea and coffee.
In the large bedroom with a double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) and air conditioning, you can enjoy a walk-in closet and if you are traveling with a baby, you don't have to worry that the cot won’t have enough space or will not fit on your preferred spot.
The bathroom with rain shower integrates perfectly into the stylish Mallorcan interior design.
Also there is a washing machine, dryer, iron plus board available.

There is an absolute feel-good guarantee in the outdoor area, where it is difficult to choose your favorite spot. The Mediterranean garden offers you numerous hotspots for unforgettable photo moments. Enjoy life together on the Balinese bed or look at the stars, sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or take a siesta on the hammock. You can cool off in the large set up pool which, with a length of 6.4 m and width of 4.1 m, does not have to hide. Numerous cozy seating options are available here and a brick-built charcoal grill area with a picnic bench. A small play area for toddlers has also been set up with a sandpit and baby swing.
You can park your rental car on the property on the covered parking lot without any problems.
If after so much relaxation in the rural ambience you feel the desire to go on a tour of discovery, we recommend a visit to the adjacent charming town of Capdepera and especially the castle from the 14th century, from which you have a magnificent view of the place up to the sea. In a few minutes’ drive you can reach Artá, with its cozy restaurants and rustic charm, the natural beaches in the northeast and the nature reserve of Llevante.
