This Holiday House Majorca is located in a beautiful area surrounded by almond and carob trees, near the town of Artà, in the northeast of the island. Capdepera you can reach in only 4km and Cala Ratjada in only 7 km. The situation of the Holiday House Majorca allows various possibilities to explore the island and is ideal for nature lovers and Golf fans.
This holiday house majorca consists of about 33.000m², located in a exclusive area as of the island and the house welcomes you with 250m² + terraces. The house is fully equipped and offers 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. There is central heating (gasoil) and internet connection (WIFI).

In the very bright living room you find a sofa area to relax, a fireplace, satellite TV, CD and DVD. From there you have direct access to the terrace with wonderful views of the pool and mountains. There is also a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave, refrigerator and a dining table. There is a safe and all the rooms inside have mosquito nets on the windows.

In the outdoor area you can enjoy relaxing hours under the Mediterranean sun. On the terrace you can enjoy dinners together with beautiful views of the pool area, garden and surroundings. Downstairs, in the pool area you can take a good sunbath or cool off in the large Private Pool with a length of (12.00m x 5.00m) and depth of (0.80m x 1.80m). The area offers several sun loungers and a very comfortable parasol to sit down because after a long day visiting the most outstanding sites of the island, it is time to enjoy a night of Barbecue (gas) with family or friends and enjoy the fantastic views of the mountains and their surroundings. The house has parking / garage so you don't have to leave your car outside.
The towns of Artà and Capdepera invite you to stroll and discover small alleys, bars and cozy cafes. For a night out we recommend a visit to the coastal areas of Cala Millor or Cala Rajada, with a international environment and huge choice of cocktail and musicbars or restaurants . Nearby towns like Artà, Capdepera or Son Servera invite to the dream beaches of Costa de Los Pinos, Canyamel, Cala Torta and Cala Mesquida with only a few minute drive by car.

Fuimos unos amigos y yo para celebrar una despedida de soltero, y lo pasamos en grande. La piscina merece muchísimo la pena. Además, teníamos la playa al lado.
What we liked the most was the outside: swimming pool, garden, hammocks, terrace, barbecue... But, the inside of the house surprised us. It is beautiful and very big. The natural light inside is amazing.
