The holiday Rental Cala Millor is located in the east of the island, only about 2km from the white sand beaches of Cala Millor and 3.5km of Son Servera. From the holiday home you can reach shops as well as restaurants in just a few minutes by car. Along the East Coast you will find numerous small bays to discover and leisure activities for the whole family.
It offers a total plot of 14.000m² and has a living area of 325 m², distributed over two floors. In total the house is fully equipped and has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition to central heating throughout the house and Internet (WIFI), the house has a safe.

From the large entrance area, you come into the living room, which is bright and spacious. Relax on the sofas by the decorative fireplace with satellite TV, CD and DVD. The large kitchen with dining area offers a large table to enjoy dinner all together. Holiday Rental Cala Millor with fenced pool area and large terrace
Here you will find the private Pool which is fenced for the safety of the children. The pool has a length of (8.00m x 4.00m) and a depth of (0.60m-1.60m). On the spacious porch is a dining table, where comfortably 8 people can sit. Another table can be set up. There is a Gas Grill Plate to enjoy cozy evenings and BBQ's. The house has various garden furnitures, such as 2 garden tables and 8 sun beds, so you can enjoy the beautiful summer nights. There also pool towels.
In addition, the property is equipped with a baby’s set on request for the little ones in the house with a baby bath, baby hooded towels, a lift for children to reach the sink and a WC-seat for children.
In Son Servera you can stroll comfortably over the weekly market, enjoy a cafe in the market square and look at the "Esglèsia Nova", which was designed by a Gaudi's employee but never finished. Along the east coast there are of course many other places of excursions like the famous Cuevas del Drach of Porto Cristo (about 8km). By car you can also explore the famous "Calas", small, often romantic bays such as Cala Torta and Cala Petita.

Wir waren zu zweit in dieser wunder, wunderschönen Finca. Es war sehr schön und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Handtücher standen uns zur Verfügung, der Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt. die Küche war super ausgestattet.
es war sauber, sogar frische Blumen standen zum Empfang da. Ausgeprochen nette Eigentümer, tolle Restaurantempfehlungen von Antonia. wir werden sicherlich nochmals dort hingehen, geplant auch mit der ganzen Familie. Organisation von Reservatum war auch perfekt.

Die Zimmer sind schön, groß und hell. Das Haus ist schön und sehr geräumig.
Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Bäder sind riesig. Einer von ihnen hat eine riesige Badewanne. Das Schwimmbad ist großartig.
