Majorca holiday home with wonderful views on the landscape; Wifi and central heating

This beautiful Majorca holiday home has been built in 2004 and it is located in a very quite area at 3.5 km from typical majorcan town of Son Servera with his famous Golf course "S Era de Pula" also with his magnificent restaurant. The white sandy beaches nearly are approx. 7 km in Cala Millor and Costa de los Pinos. The Villa has a plot of 15.000m² with a big yard of approx. 500m².

The property has a land of 7.000m² including a very spacious and wonderful garden. It is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. There is Internet Connection (WIFI) and Central Heating in the whole house.

The living-dining area is spacious and decorated with mallorquin flair. You can relax and rest in the sofa area with fireplace and watch satellite TV and also enjoy lunch or dinner all together at the dining table, from where there is direct access to the porch with wonderful views of the garden, pool and surroundings. In the kitchen you can try the majorcan food and prepare meals together. It is fully equipped with washing-machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave and coffee machine with capsules.

There are 3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) + safe + 1 bathroom en suite with bathtub
1 bedroom with twin beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m)
1 bedroom with 1  bed (0.90m x 2.00m)

1  bathroom with shower.

There is also a hairdryer in the bathrooms and fans in the bedrooms, for the summer nights, provided.

Outside there is a large Garden with Private Pool (4.00m x 8.00m) and you can enjoy wonderful views of the mountains. Relax and enjoy the sun in one of the sun beds around the pool or on the balinese bed. Also you can enjoy great BBQ nights with friends or family and enjoy fresh mediteranean specialitie. From the Dining table on the terrace you can enjoy the mallorcan life. There is a covered parking so you don't need to worry about your cars.

The villages Artà and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to visit are the ‘Caves of Artà’, where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns, the ‘Reina’. At around 7 km you can reach Cala Millor, Costa de los Pinos, Cala Bona, all of them white, sandy beaches. The nearby touristic areas of Cala Millor or Sa Coma offer a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. During the summer diferent kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera are situated some excellent Golf courses.
