Are you planning a longer stay on the island? Then this long term rental Mallorca could be just right for you! The property can be rented furnished or unfurnished, as you wish. Located at the edge of town of Son Servera, you can easily do small shopping on foot and the local mountain 'Puig de Sa Font' invites you to take some nice walks. The very lively center and the beach of Cala Millor can be reached in just 3 km.
The town house not only impresses with its location but also with the bright and friendly rooms, the installed air conditioning (hot/cold), central heating and Wi-Fi throughout the house. On a total of 176 m² you can enjoy the Majorcan life with 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms.
Walking in, the entrance area with a floral wall as highlight welcomes you and all the rooms are spacious and on one level. The open kitchen with adjoining dining area offers enough space and is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, Thermo mix etc. Also of course a dining table and additionally a fireplace and television. From here you have direct access to the terrace. In the open living area you can relax on the sofas next to the fireplace and also receive your guests for dinner.
There are 4 bedrooms, two of them are currently used as kids rooms / offices.

A BBQ can be provided on request.
The first month's rent and 2 monthly rents as guarantee charge, are due when the contract is concluded!

Son Servera is located on the Puig de sa Font, which is ideal for long walks and hikes. Cycling enthusiasts can get to know the remarkable and original nature on the former bike race track. The parish church of Sant Joan Bautista was named after the patron saint of the place, John the Baptist. Another church, the Eglesia Nova, was based on the designs of Joan Rubio i Bellver, a student of Antoni Gaudi at the time. However, this church was never completed and is now known as the "church without a roof". Nowadays, this church serves as a place for concerts and weddings.
In Son Servera there are top conditions for golfers, in the middle of nature. The Golf Club of Son Servera is the second oldest on Mallorca and was founded in 1967. The 18-hole course is located in the middle of pine-covered mountains and lakes, with a view of the Bay of Levante.
