This luxury holiday Villa Alcudia is situated in the beautiful residential settlement of Bonaire. Built in modern design, the villa is just a few hundred meters away from the beautiful sandy beaches and just 200 meters from Puerto Cocodrilo, where you can enjoy various restaurants, bars and practise water sports.
The villa property has a total of 900m² and a living area of 400m², distributed over 3 floors and is totally equipped, offering 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms. For a comfortable temperature all year long, the Villa has air conditioning and central heating and of course Internet connection (WIFI).
Main floor
In the lower part of the house is the open kitchen with american breakfast bar. Fully equipped with American fridge + freezer, electric Oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc., you can try the Majorcan delicacies here and prepare your favorite dishes. In addition to the dining table for 8 persons, there is another large dining table on the outside terrace. From the kitchen you have direct access to the terrace and to the saltwater pool.
There are 4 bedrooms:
1 Master bedroom with 1 bed (1.80m x 2.00m) + 1 en suite bathroom with jacuzzi
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.80m x 2.00m)
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 2.00m)
1 bedroom with 2 beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m); one of the beds is a pull-down bed

First floor
In the bright, spacious living room with panoramic windows, you can spend pleasant hours together on the leather sofas and watch Sat-TV or your favorite DVD. At the large glass dining table you can spend cozy hours together when it gets too cold outside. Enjoy the warm summer nights on the sun terrace on the first floor and enjoy the marvelous view until the sea. In adition you can find here a second kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need.

Attic / Top floor
Here is a sofa (1,40m x 2,00m), which can also be used as a perfect retreat to read a good book.

Enjoy the many hours of sunshine in the exterior area and switch off from everyday life. Whether with a good book or your favorite drink - at the saltwater pool area you can relax on one of the 8 sun loungers or take a dip in the fresh water. The private saltwater pool has a length of (12.00m x 5.00m and a depth of 1.00m - 2.00m.) Furthermore, there is a outside shower and on the large sun terrace you can enjoy your dinner together or a have a barbecue evening.
The north of the island offers you a lot of variety in every season. Discover the nearby Tramuntana mountains by car or as a cyclist with the group. The chapel of Victoria, whose history dates back to the 13th century, can be easily explored on foot. In addition to the various water sports on the beaches, you can plan great family excursions from the Villa, such as paintball in Puerto Alcúdia or a visit to the Hydropark in Alcúdia. The long, white sand beaches of Port de Pollença and the Bay of Alcúdia are only a few minutes' drive away.
