Located between Son Carrió (3.8km) and Cala Millor (5.8km), the villa offers a great atmosphere surrounded by almond trees, which leaves nothing to be desired.
This sea view holiday villa offers a property with a total of 10,000 m² and 450 m² of living area, distributed over 2 floors. Furnished with great taste and Majorcan details, the villa has 5 bedrooms + 5 bathrooms + 1 guest toilet. Furthermore, there is air conditioning, central heating and Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Main floor
Upon entering the villa, you will be welcomed by bright and spacious accommodations. The open kitchen with American breakfast bar is fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc. The adjoining sitting area invites you to cozy coffee and tea time in the morning and in the large dining room you can enjoy freshly prepared Mediterranean recipes. In the living room you can relax on the cozy sofas by the fireplace with satellite TV and DVD.
In the main floor you can find also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

What could be a better way to spend your holiday than in this stunning sea view holiday villa. In the exterior you can forget easily your everyday life. Jump in the cool water - the private pool (length of 5.00m x 10.00m, depth of 0.20m - 2.00m) with solar heating every family member will enjoy. The outdoor shower also provides refreshment. Around the pool you can sunbathe on one of the cozy sun beds or have a good glass of wine at the pool bar with a fridge or in one of the sitting areas.
Pure relaxation offers the hot tub in which a total of 8 people find place.
In the evening you can spend relaxed hours on the covered terrace. There is a charcoal and a gas Barbeque available.
To make sure nobody gets bored, there is a ping-pong table and for the children a playground with swings and rocker.
Along the east coast there are many destinations such as the famous dragon caves "Cuevas de Drach in Porto Cristo, or the beautiful town of Artá, which can be reached in about 20-30 minutes by car.
Along the east coast are the you can find several, small clean bays with crystal clear water, such as Cala Torta and Cala Mesquida. A wide range of restaurants and a varied nightlife you will find in the resorts of Cala Millor and Sa Coma.

The environmental tax of the Balearic Islands, the “Ecotasa” must be paid, in cash on the day of arrival, by all persons over 16 years ( 2€ x day x person + VAT, from the 9th night it is 1€ + VAT).
