This luxury holiday villa, built in 2010, is located in the beautiful east of the island, between Manacor (3km) and Colònia de Sant Pere (19km). From here you get to various beaches in the east and north-east and at the same time you can reach the center of Manacor in only a few minutes, where you can go for shopping or visit the fabric of the Mallorca Pearls factory.
The villa is situated on a plot of 20.000m² and has a living area of 400m², distributed on 2 floors. With a modern Design it is comfortable equipped and has 6 suites (45 m² each). To allow a comfortable stay throughout the year, there is air conditioning and central heating throughout the house, as well as Internet (WIFI)
Main floor
When you step in the large entrance area, you find to your right the large and modern open kitchen with dining table for 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and a coffee machine and offers enough space to try out Majorcan recipes all together. As a highlight, there is a flat screen - TV. On your left you will find the large living room with comfortable sofa corners and fireplace, where you can relax and get together with friends, colleagues or family.
2 suites each with 1 bed (1.80m x 2.00m) + bathroom en suite with Jacuzzi and shower + sofa, flat screen, mini bar + safe.
Furthermore on the main floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, iron and ironing board and also 1 guest WC.
First floor
A large staircase leads to the first floor, which is also furnished in modern design. Here are the other 4 suites. 4 suites each with 1 bed (1.80m x 2.00m) + bathroom en suite with Jacuzzi and shower + sofa, flat screen, mini bar and safe.
Luxury Holiday Villa - Big Terrace, Saltwater Pool, Garden + Outdoor kitchen
Outside it is easy to forget about everyday life. Surrounded by nature you can enjoy the large, luxurious property. The terrace stretches around the entire villa and one of the highlights is of course the pool area. The private saltwater pool (10.00m x 5.00m and a depth of 1.00m - 1.75m), surrounded by sun beds and parasols, as well as a balinese bed, offer excellent conditions to let your mind go. An exterior shower is also available. The absolute highlight in the exterior is the large outdoor kitchen. It is covered and offers, in addition to 2 Barbecue areas. Also a refrigerator, dishwasher and of course a dining table and plenty of space, to enjoy together the evenings here.
Around the eastcoast you can discover the different small bathing bays, away from the crowds. The beautiful landscapes invite you to go hiking or cycling. The "Serra de Llevant" is particularly suitable for hobby driver, since the area is flat. In Manacor, you can stroll through the weekly market and discover typical Mallorcan restaurants. The second largest city on Mallorca is known for its artificial pearls and the furniture industry. In just a few kilometers you reach Porto Cristo, famous for its "Cuevas del Drach".

Una villa de lujo preciosa. Tiene 6 suites enormes con jacuzzi. Además, había Internet. Fuimos bastante gente y estuvimos muy cómodos. Gracias, volveremos.
Wir wollten nach Mallorca fahren, aber wir konnten nichts Passendes finden, weil wir so viele waren. Wir haben diesen wunderbaren Ort gefunden und hatten ein paar Wochen lang eine tolle Zeit.
