This idyllically situated natural stone finca is perfect for those seeking relaxation, privacy, and authentic island flair. With panoramic views of the sea and the Mallorcan countryside, you'll enjoy absolute relaxation – ideal for families, friends, or couples who love rural Mallorca.
With 500 m² of living space, everyone will find their own private retreat. The villa accommodates 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Highlights include the spacious and modern interior, ideally designed for two families, as well as the large panoramic terraces and the covered outdoor kitchen.
In the neighboring town of Son Servera you will find shops and cozy local restaurants, and in nearby Cala Millor you can enjoy the tourist atmosphere on the beach or shopping promenade.
The property impresses with its traditional Mallorcan architecture combined with modern amenities and is divided as follows:
Main Floor
On the main floor, there are two living areas, each with satellite TV and a fireplace, as well as comfortable and stylish furnishings. There is a DVD player and a music system, and both living areas have direct access to the terrace. The spacious dining area invites you to enjoy a relaxing time together. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and much more – making cooking a shared experience. Furthermore, this floor includes:
1 master bedroom with a four-poster bed, 1 en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, and direct access to the terrace

In the lower floor is another small kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, etc., as well as a living room with satellite TV. From here, you have access to the large covered terrace in the pool area. Furthermore, there is:

Restaurants, shops, and excursion destinations such as the Punta de n'Amer nature reserve or the famous Caves of Drach in Porto Cristo are easily accessible by car.
