die Finca ist optisch und technisch in einem Top Zustand, alles funktioniert und die Sauberkeit des geräumigen Hauses ist hervorragend, zumal wöchentlich eine Putzkolonne das gesamte Haus reinigt. Die Gartenanlage ist in einem perfekten, parkähnlichem Zustand und für Mallorca traumhaft schön.
Was etwas störend ist, ist tagsüber der Lärm der Schnellstraße MA-4040 (Son Servera - Capdepera), das beruhigt sich gegen Abend jedoch.
Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit...wir bekamen auch 10 Eier von den Hühnern der Finca...
