This bright, light-flooded holiday home with pool is located between Sa Coma and S'illot in the east of Mallorca. In the coastal towns you can not only enjoy the long sandy beaches, but also numerous entertainment options. The holiday home offers the ideal retreat for relaxation. Shopping opportunities and entertainment can be found in just a few minutes. The holiday home offers an absolute feeling of well-being with its furnishings and spacious division into 2 residential units, which make a holiday with family or friends a sociable yet private moment. On a plot of 3,000 m² and a total living space of 200 m² you are offered a total of 6 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms, air conditioning (cold/warm) in the living room and internet (Wifi) throughout the house.
Both residential units are equipped as follows:
A bright living/dining area offers enough space thanks to the open design and has air conditioning (hot/cold). You can read a book in the comfortable seating areas by the open fireplace. Of course there is also German satellite TV and a CD/DVD player. From the living room you have access to the terrace and the pool. Both kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerator + freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. In both units you will find a washing machine, which is always a positive feature, especially when holidaying with small children.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers.

In the outdoor area, the extra large pool, 15 meters long, welcomes you and not only encourages you to cool off after sunbathing, but also to do the first few laps in the morning. The outdoor shower right next to the pool is practical for being able to shower off before and after the pool and to sit directly on one of the sun loungers. You can spend your holiday together relaxing in the pool area, the ridge offers enough space and you can meet for dinner on one of the two terraces. The brick BBQ with adjacent work surface and sink invites you to use it and provides cozy hours together. During your stay, you can discover various small bathing bays in just a few minutes' drive or take advantage of the tourist offers in Cala Millor and Sa Coma. Of course everyone has their own preferences.

When there are less than 5 weeks between the closing of the contract and the arrival of the clients, 100% must be paid.
