The holiday home is located at the foot of the mountain 'Puig de Na Penyal' with beautiful views of the countryside to the sea. The 'Via Verde', which runs along the house, invites you to leisurely walks or bike rides. Cala Millor and its long family-friendly white sandy beach, which was awarded with the blue flag, you can reach in only 2 km.
The plot of 5.000m², offers a living area of approx. 200m² on 2 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as Wifi. Enjoy the top location with sea views, close to Son Servera. Main floor The holiday home is furnished in the traditional Mallorcan style and invites to a cozy get-together. There are 3 sofas in the living area, so everyone can choose their favorite spot and there is a flat screen TV with satellite channels and a music tower where you can connect your cell phone or a USB stick and relax with your favorite music. You can enjoy your favorite meals together at the dining table, either inside or outside on the covered terrace. The practically equipped kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle etc. In the laundry room you can find, next to the washing machine, an iron and ironing board and a clothes rack.

Due to its hillside location, you have unique views from the entire property. From the covered terrace with dining table and a further seating group, you reach the pool area. The private pool (0.50m - 1.90m depth) invites children and adults to jump into the cool water. The front part of the pool provides access ladders and different levels, so our little guests can stand and play in the front area. Around the pool there is plenty of space to play or find a quiet corner to read a book. Pool towels are provided for you. After a relaxing sunbath on one of the 6 sun beds or a fun-filled day on the beach, it's time to enjoy the Mallorcan and Mediterranean delicacies, such as tapas, fresh fish and of course the delicious liqueurs. Under the sky you can end the day. To the right holiday feeling belongs a cozy barbecue with your family or friends, of course. A charcoal barbecue is available on the terrace.
Through the good location of the holiday house, you reach one of the most child-friendly beaches on the island, the long sandy beach with turquoise waters in Cala Millor, within only 2km. Whether a cozy restaurant visit in the Mallorcan village of Son Servera or rather something more lively in Cala Millor, where in addition to many bars, restaurants and shops, various water sports activities await you.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Über Reservatum hat alles wunderbar geklappt, der Kontakt war sehr nett. Maite hat immer schnell meine Fragen beantwortet. Die Finca hat den Ansprüchen genügt, ist aber leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür hat uns der toll angelegte Pool entschädigt.
Nach Cala Millor konnten wir zu Fuß laufen.
Wir können Reservatum nur weiterempfehlen und werden den nächsten Mallorcaurlaub wieder über Maite buchen.
Zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass wir am Abreisetag bis 17 Uhr im Haus bleiben durften.

The house was great, with a stunning view both from the porch and the pool area - with alot of space both indoor and outdoor.
Some minor things that could be improved, but overall a very nice house. We could very well return again some day.
Add a aircon in the bedrooms and it's a clear 5 star.

The house is very beautiful on the outside and has a beautiful vieuw. The interior could use an update. Especially some beds and the diningtable with the chairs. The sanitary facilities are outdated and in need of replacement. Despite that, we did enjoy our holiday home.

Las fotos son tal cual. Una pasada la piscina. Las hamacas las utilizamos un montón. Solo salimos para ir a comprar. Ojalá podamos repetir mis amigos y yo al año que viene.

La piscina es enorme y el servicio excelente, que nos prestaron toallas y hamacas para disfrutar de la zona exterior. Muy cerca de la casa teníamos un par de zonas turísticas: Son Servera y Cala Millos. Fuimos un par de días a cenar y visitar alguna tienda. Creo que sin duda volveremos, estuvimos encantados.
