This bright and modern holiday villa close to the beach in Capdepera is simply in a great location to discover the north east coast of Mallorca. Between the beautiful Majorcan villages of Canyamel (11 km) with its golf course and Capdepera (4.5 km) and the medieval castle you will find your retreat, right on Cala Provençal. In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful bay of Sa Font de Sa Cala. The villa offers you a total living space of 325 m² on a property of 1.100 m² ,divided over 2 floors and has 4 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms as well as air conditioning (cold/warm) and internet (Wifi).
Main floor
The bright living room with the fireplace and its comfortable sofa and satellite TV is simply inviting in every season and you can enjoy your meals together in the integrated dining area. From here you have access to the pool terrace. The modern and fully equipped kitchen offers a fridge + freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher as well as various coffee machines to meet everyone's taste in the morning. 1 bedroom with sofa bed (0.9 m × 1.90 m).

Outside you can enjoy the pool terrace to the fullest. The pool (7.00 m x 3.5 m and depth of 1.5 m) offers the necessary refreshment in summer and an outdoor shower is also available. Just let your soul dangle on one of the 4 sun loungers. After all, that's what vacation is for. On the covered terrace you eat together, relax with a barbecue (charcoal barbeque) and treat yourself to a delicious cocktail.
During your stay we recommend a visit to the Artà stalactite cave in the Bay of Canyamel with the largest free-standing stalactite column in Europe, the so-called “Reina”. Both places invite you to linger with their bars and cafés, but of course there is much more to discover along the east coast. From the holiday villa close to the beach in Capdepera you can reach many wonderful small bays, large beaches or nature and the beautiful landscapes.
