This Holiday Villa Mallorca has beautiful panoramic views of the nature. From the property you have very good connections, both to the beach and the city. The town of Capdepera , only 1km away, is perfect for shopping and enjoying good restaurants. The nearest white sand beaches are just a few kilometers away, such as the beaches of Cala Son Moll (4.5km) or Cala Pedruscada (5.3km). Without a doubt, the Villa is ideal for a fantastic holiday with family and friends.
The Villa is situated on a plot of 5.300m² and the house is 275m². Furthermore it is fully equipped and has 3 bedrooms (2 double + 1 four-bed room) + 3 bathrooms, providing internet via WiFi.
The living area with open kitchen invites with sofas to relax and watch satellite TV. Prepare your favorite meals in the kitchen equipped with oven, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine, also there is a dining table.

In the exterior you can enjoy some great playtime with the family or relax at the pool area on one of the sun beds or on one of 2 balinesean day beds. Take a jump in the large private pool with a length of (12.00m x 4.00m). On the porch you can enjoy your meals all together and having a BBQ in the evening. Enjoy your favorite drink in the chill out area or finish reading your favorite book. On the property there are also fruit trees such as lemon trees, an orchard where you can take vegetables from and a corral with chicken, roosters etc.
There will be sufficient bed sheets and towels throughout your stay.
Capdepera is a charming town to visit and to shop. The Capdepera market is celebrated on Wednesdays, with clothes, footwear, plants, flowers and food products. The Villa is located very close to the port of Cala Ratjada, with a very international atmosphere and good restaurants. From the house you can quickly reach many beautiful beaches and bays of Mallorca. We recommend you a trip to Artà. The landmark of the small medieval town are the two churches on a mountain, one of them is the historical church Sant Salvador.

It's a house that, although is in the middle of nature, has a very good connection with the surrounding villages. The kitchen is fully equipped and we liked that very much. We will come back.
